Are you a knowledgeable Parts Advisor with a passion for the automotive industry?

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team in Southampton. As a Senior Parts Advisor, you’ll play a key role in assisting both our workshop and retail customers, ensuring they receive outstanding service and support.

Our client is a Multi-Site Dealership group with a larger presence within Hampshire and the Southwest covering over 50 sites and over 20 well established automotive brands, ranging from the strong volume performers to Prestige, Niche & High-End Vehicle.

They pride themselves on delivering an outstanding customer service, their strong manufacturer relationships and ensuring they create a great experience for both employees and customers.

Responsibilities of the Senior Parts Advisor:
  • Providing expert parts advice to customers in person and over the phone.
  • Managing parts inventory and ensuring stock levels meet demand.
  • Supporting the team to deliver top-quality customer service.
  • Ensuring accurate and efficient parts orders, deliveries, and returns.
  • Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar Parts Advisor role within the automotive industry.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
