Vehicle Service Technician Needed in Manchester
  • Location: Manchester
  • Working Hours: Monday–Friday, no weekends!
  • Salary: Up to £33,000 basic
  • Our client, a well-established independent specialist garage, is seeking an experienced Vehicle Service Technician to join their team.
Key Responsibilities for a Vehicle Service Technician:
  • Conduct routine servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a range of vehicles, particularly vans
  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical faults using modern diagnostic tools
  • Carry out vehicle inspections and ensure all work meets safety and compliance standards
  • Support the wider workshop team to deliver high-quality service
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed
What We’re Looking For in a Vehicle Service Technician:
  • NVQ Level 2 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
  • Proven experience in servicing, diagnostics, suspension, and brake work
  • Strong mechanical and diagnostic ability
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Full UK driving licence
