- Competitive basic salary up to £32,000 depending on experience
- Realistic OTE of £36,000 with bonus potential
- Opportunity to work in a well-established dealership with a supportive team
- Working hours of Monday to Friday, 8.00 am to 6.00 pm, with a half-hour unpaid lunch break. 1 in 3 Saturday mornings from 8AM to 12PM.
- Greet customers and establish their vehicle service needs
- Prepare job cards and liaise with the workshop to manage vehicle repairs and services
- Offer professional advice on vehicle maintenance and repair options
- Upsell additional products and services where appropriate
- Ensure excellent customer service at all times
- Manage customer bookings and follow-up on service progress
- Experience as a Service Advisor or Commercial Service Advisor desirable
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Customer-focused attitude with a professional manner
- Ability to work well within a team and adapt to a busy environment
