Our client is looking for a dedicated Mobile Service Technician to deliver top-quality mobile vehicle servicing and repairs across London, ensuring customer satisfaction and optimal vehicle performance.

Duties of a Mobile Service Technician:
  • Perform preventative maintenance, scheduled services, and repairs on a variety of vehicles at customer locations.
  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults accurately and efficiently
  • Conduct roadside and on-site repairs to minimise vehicle downtime
  • Complete routine inspections, fluid checks, and part replacements in line with manufacturer standards
  • Provide clear technical advice and excellent customer service
  • Liaise with customers to schedule maintenance visits and update them on repair progress
  • Maintain detailed records of all work carried out, including parts used and customer interactions
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations during mobile operations
Requirements for a Mobile Service Technician:
  • Level 3 qualified Vehicle Technician qualification or equivalent
  • Electric vehicle qualification is highly desirable
  • Proven experience in vehicle servicing, diagnostics, and repairs
  • Ability to work independently across different locations within London
  • Full UK driving licence with a clean record
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights or days as required
  • Based within a reasonable commute to Kingston upon Thames or willing to travel across London
