Key Responsibilities for the Leasing Sales Executive:
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial enquiry through to completion and aftercare
- Build and nurture strong, long-term client relationships by providing tailored leasing solutions
- Generate new opportunities via LinkedIn and other professional platforms
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining a customer-first approach
- Work independently with accountability for your own pipeline, whilst contributing to team success
- Collaborate with internal teams across sales, operations, and administration to ensure excellent customer service
- Stay up to date with industry trends, finance products, and competitor activity to provide expert advice
- Established experience within the vehicle leasing industry
- A proven sales track record, demonstrating consistent success
- A proactive self-starter with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to quickly build trust and rapport
- Resilience, determination, and a strong work ethic
- 28 days’ holiday (including Bank Holidays)
