- Guide buyers through the vehicle sales process from enquiry to handover
- Meet and exceed individual sales and finance targets
- Present products including warranty, service plans, and insurance packages
- Conduct accurate vehicle appraisals and manage part-exchange process
- Maintain customer records and follow-up systems to support repeat business
- Keep up to date with product knowledge and promotions
- Experience in vehicle sales (main dealer/franchise preferred)
- No Motor Trade experience necessary
- A target-driven attitude with a professional and approachable manner
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable discussing finance and upselling value-added products
- Full UK driving licence
