Customer Service Advisor required in Lisburn, Northern Ireland 

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for a diverse range of customers, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from initial contact through to service delivery. Your role will involve going beyond standard procedures to deliver tailored sales solutions and promote the dealership’s wide array of products and services in an ethical manner.

Key Responsibilities of the Service Advisor:
  • Maintain the highest standards in customer care for all clients.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships between customers and the dealership.
  • Manage the service process efficiently to maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Provide value-added sales solutions aligned with customer needs.
  • Handle administrative duties professionally, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, handling complaints with empathy and professionalism.
  • Promote the dealership's products and services confidently.
  • Meet deadlines and ensure prompt, quality customer interactions.
Requirements of the Service Advisor:
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing administrative or service role within a customer service environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information responsibly.
  • Legal right to work in the UK.
  • Full UK driving license held for at least 6 months, with fewer than 9 penalty points.
  • Experience in a sales environment is advantageous but not essential.
  • Positive attitude and resilience in challenging situations.
  • Ability to work efficiently under deadlines.
