- Location: Manchester
- Working Hours: 5-day week (Saturday rota)
- Salary: Up to £32,000 basic + £50,000–£60,000 OTE
Key Responsibilities for a Telesales Manager / Senior Telesales Executive:
- Leading, supporting, and coaching a telesales team
- Managing inbound and outbound sales activity
- Overseeing customer applications from enquiry to handover
- Driving team performance and ensuring targets are met
- Managing pipelines and implementing best sales practices
- Proven sales experience within the motor trade or car finance (preferred)
- Previous team leadership, mentoring, or supervisory experience
- Strong communication and motivational skills
- Ability to manage workloads, support staff, and drive results
- Full UK driving licence
