Are you an experienced Service Advisor looking to advance your career within a reputable Main Dealer? We are seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our client's busy dealership in Basildon, Essex. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-established team where your expertise will be truly valued.

Duties of the Service Advisor include:
  • Greeting customers and understanding their vehicle service needs
  • Quoting and upselling services and repairs
  • Booking appointments and managing workshop workflow
  • Communicating effectively with technicians and customers
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining accurate service records and documentation
 Requirements for the Service Advisor role:
  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor within a Main Dealer environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of automotive systems and dealership processes
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
