- Monday to Thursday working hours from 8:00am to 5:30pm, with an early finish at 5:00pm on Fridays.

- Taking inbound calls and managing email enquiries related to parts
- Conducting detailed research to support sales processes
- Assisting customers with parts identification and availability

- Proven experience as a Parts Advisor, ideally within the hydraulic, plant, or heavy machinery sector.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional approach
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail

- Experience in parts research and administration is advantageous
