Our client, a reputable family run car garage in Haslemere, Surrey, is seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in the automotive sector within a friendly, well-established business.

Duties of the Service Advisor role include:
  • Providing excellent customer service and managing service bookings

  • Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Using In house IT System and manufacturer systems for job management and documentation
  • Maintaining communication between customers and technicians
Candidate requirements for the Service Advisor role:
  • Automotive knowledge and genuine passion for vehicles and the brands they specialise in
  • Technical understanding, technician bias advantageous but not essential
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Customer-focused attitude with a professional manner
  • Experience in a similar role within the automotive industry is preferred
  • Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
