Mobile Vehicle Technician Needed in Manchester
  • Location: Mobile / Greater Manchester
  • Working Hours: Monday–Friday with every other Saturday (weekday off in lieu)
  • Salary: up to £36,000 basic + bonus, commission, and performance incentives + company van and fuel card.
We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established vehicle maintenance specialist, now looking for a skilled Mobile Vehicle Technician to strengthen their team.

Key Responsibilities for a Mobile Vehicle Technician:
  • Carry out on-site fleet maintenance, repairs, and specialist DPF work
  • Complete inspections, servicing, and repairs across a range of vehicles
  • Diagnose mechanical issues accurately and efficiently
  • Use hand and power tools for repairs and installations
  • Maintain detailed and accurate service and repair records
  • Support team operations and collaborate where required
  • Adhere to all health and safety policies and procedures
  • Assist in training and supporting junior team members
What We’re Looking For in a Mobile Vehicle Technician?
  • Proven experience in vehicle diagnostics and repair (minimum 5 years)
  • Strong mechanical knowledge, particularly in fleet maintenance
  • Ability to work independently with excellent problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Full UK driving licence
