- Basic Salary: £32,000 + Bonus
- OTE: £45,000
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am - 6:00pm
- 1 in 3 Saturday mornings, 8:30am - 1:00pm

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage workshop resources to achieve financial and operational goals while maintaining exceptional quality and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure clear, effective communication between the workshop and Front of House teams.
- Lead, coach and develop the workshop team to enhance performance and output.
- Handle customer complaints and oversee workshop returns professionally.
- Supervise workflow to maximise productivity, efficiency and utilisation.
- Maintain a safe, clean and compliant working environment in line with Health & Safety standards.
- Promote a culture of high performance and exemplary customer service.
- Previous experience within a main-dealer workshop is essential.
- Strong technical knowledge to support and guide a team of technicians.
- Customer-focused with a drive to exceed expectations.
- NVQ Level 3 in Motor Vehicle Maintenance & Repair is beneficial but not essential.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and influencing abilities.
