We are currently recruiting for a skilled and versatile Bodyshop Operative to join a new bodyshop in Dagenham, Essex. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on professional who thrives in a busy workshop environment and has a passion for delivering quality repairs.

Duties of the Bodyshop Operative role include:
  • Performing a variety of bodywork tasks including panel repairs and filler work
  • Assisting with paint spraying and refinishing as necessary
  • Carrying out Mechanical and Electrical work such as MET procedures
  • Welding and fabrication work where required
  • Ensuring high standards of quality and safety at all times
Candidate specifications for the Bodyshop Operative position:
  • Previous experience as a Bodyshop Operative or similar role
  • Skills in panel beating, painting, and MET operations
  • Ability to perform welding and alloy wheel repairs
  • Strong work ethic with attention to detail
  • Team player with a positive attitude
