  • Basic Salary: Up to £32,000 + Bonus
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 6:00pm
  • 1 in 4 Saturdays paid as overtime.

What you’ll be doing as the new Service Advisor:
  • Acting as the main point of contact for customers regarding their vehicle servicing
  • Ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience from booking to completion
  • Advising customers on the necessary work and keeping them updated throughout
  • Collaborating with the service and workshop teams to meet customer expectations
What we're looking for from the Service Advisor:
  • Previous experience in a Service Advisor role within the motor trade or a similar customer service environment
  • Knowledge of motor trade systems including Kerridge is advantageous 
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service with a professional attitude
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic team
