Fleet Sales Executive Needed in Greater Manchester
  • Location: Greater Manchester
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, approx. 40–44 hours per week
  • Salary: OTE £40,000–£60,000 (dependent on experience and client portfolio)

Our client, a successful, award-winning, multi-brand dealership group, is seeking a motivated Fleet Sales Executive to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to support the expansion of their fleet department, covering both car and commercial vehicle products across three franchise brands.

They are looking for someone currently working in a fleet sales role or early in their fleet career, with the ambition to develop further within a forward-thinking business.

Key Responsibilities of the Fleet Sales Executive:
  • Proactively source and develop new SME business opportunities (typically 15–100 vehicle units)
  • Sell across both car and commercial vehicle product lines
  • Build long-term client relationships and manage the full fleet sales process
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for new and existing customers
  • Report back to site 1–2 days per week, with 2–3 days spent visiting customers directly
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records, pipeline activity, and sales administration
  • Represent the brand professionally with strong communication and organisational skills
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience in fleet sales (cars, LCV, or mixed fleet) 
  • Strong business development mindset with the confidence to approach and win new customers
  • Ability to manage SME accounts and build long-term partnerships
  • Full UK driving licence
  • A transferable client list would be advantageous but not essential
  • Self-motivated, driven, and capable of working independently and as part of a team
