They are looking for someone currently working in a fleet sales role or early in their fleet career, with the ambition to develop further within a forward-thinking business.
Key Responsibilities of the Fleet Sales Executive:
- Proactively source and develop new SME business opportunities (typically 15–100 vehicle units)
- Sell across both car and commercial vehicle product lines
- Build long-term client relationships and manage the full fleet sales process
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for new and existing customers
- Report back to site 1–2 days per week, with 2–3 days spent visiting customers directly
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records, pipeline activity, and sales administration
- Represent the brand professionally with strong communication and organisational skills
- Experience in fleet sales (cars, LCV, or mixed fleet)
- Strong business development mindset with the confidence to approach and win new customers
- Ability to manage SME accounts and build long-term partnerships
- Full UK driving licence
- A transferable client list would be advantageous but not essential
- Self-motivated, driven, and capable of working independently and as part of a team
