Our client, a well-established group with a strong reputation for excellence, is looking for a dedicated VDA / Estimator to join their Telford Accident Repair Centre. Key Responsibilities as a Vehicle Damage Assessor/Estimator:
  • Carry out detailed vehicle damage assessments
  • Prepare accurate and timely repair estimates
  • Liaise with insurance companies and customers
  • Ensure all work complies with industry standards and regulations
  • Manage repair processes from initial assessment through to completion
Requirements for the Vehicle Damage Assessor/Estimator:
  • Proven experience as a VDA / Estimator within an accident repair centre
  • Audatex / ATA qualification beneficial but not essential
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical ability
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
