  • Location: Middleton
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00 (42.5 hours per week)
  • Salary: Up to £40,000 basic with OTE up to £44,780, dependent on experience
We’re recruiting on behalf of one of the UK’s leading automotive dealer groups, now looking for a skilled Diagnostic Vehicle Technician to strengthen their aftersales team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced technician to join a supportive, well-structured workshop environment with strong manufacturer backing and clear progression routes.

Key Responsibilities for a Diagnostic Vehicle Technician:
  • Diagnosing complex mechanical and electrical faults
  • Using advanced diagnostic equipment and technical data
  • Completing repairs to manufacturer standards
  • Supporting workshop efficiency and quality control
  • Contributing to high levels of customer satisfaction and team development
What We’re Looking For in a Diagnostic Vehicle Technician:
  • Level 3 NVQ, City & Guilds or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum of 3 years’ workshop experience
  • Strong diagnostic ability with pride in workmanship
  • Ability to work well within a busy team environment
  • Full UK driving licence (maximum 6 points)
