Duties of the Commercial Vehicle Retail Manager:
  • Support the Sales Manager in leading and motivating the sales team to achieve and exceed volumetric and profitability targets
  • Analyse sales data to implement strategies for improvement across key metrics
  • Maintain high standards of compliance and customer care across all activities
  • Coach and review the sales team to enhance performance and product knowledge
  • Promote a customer-focused approach and deliver a seamless purchasing experience for new and used commercial vehicle customers
  • Develop and implement sales plans to maximise gross profit and customer satisfaction
Candidate specification:
  • Proven experience in automotive sales management, ideally within a dedicated commercial vehicle environment
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a sales team
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Organised with the ability to multitask across various systems and processes
  • Passionate about technology and the automotive industry’s latest trends
  • Business or Sales Manager experience is desirable
