Are you an experienced Mobile Service Technician looking to expand your career in the Inverness area? Our client, one of the UK's largest dealer networks, is seeking a skilled Mobile Service Technician to join their team and cover Inverness and surrounding locations. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to work with a reputable employer that prioritises quality service and employee development!

Duties of the Mobile Service Technician include:
  • Conducting vehicle servicing, repairs, and maintenance to high standards
  • Following protocols set by legislation, the manufacturer, and relevant suppliers
  • Maintaining accurate and timely service records
  • Delivering technical advice and support to customers and colleagues
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery
  • Owning and maintaining a full, valid driving license
  • Possessing NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent qualifications
  • Demonstrating resilience, self-motivation, and commitment to ongoing development
  • Creating a supportive team environment in line with company policies
  • Ideally holding MOT testing qualifications and some main dealership experience; ATA accreditation is desirable
Candidate specifications for the Mobile Service Technician role:
  • Proven experience as a Mobile Service Vehicle Technician within the automotive industry
  • Relevant technical qualifications such as NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent
  • MOT testing capability is a plus
  • Valid full driving license
  • Strong commitment to professional growth and customer service
  • Self-motivated with excellent communication skills
