This role is suited to an experienced Sales Administrator, ideally from a main dealer background, who is confident managing sales administration processes and thrives in a busy dealership environment.
As a Sales Administrator, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales department, ensuring all documentation and processes are completed accurately and efficiently.
Key duties of the Sales Administrator will include:
- Processing vehicle orders and maintaining accurate sales files
- Auditing deal files to ensure compliance with internal and manufacturer standards
- Managing trade transfers and associated documentation
- Liaising with the Sales Team, Dealership Accountant and Management Team
- Handling customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Supporting the sales department with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
- Previous experience in a Sales Administrator role (essential)
- Ideally from a franchised main dealer environment
- Strong IT skills and confident using dealership systems
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Able to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
- Customer-focused with a professional and proactive approach
- Basic salary of £27,000 (with flexibility for the right Administrator)
- Monday to Friday working hours – no weekends
