Are you an experienced and skilled Bodyshop Advisor looking for a new opportunity in Southampton? Our client is currently seeking a dedicated Bodyshop Advisor to join their professional team. This is an excellent chance to boost your career within a well-established automotive bodyshop environment.

Duties of the Bodyshop Advisor
  • Managing and progressing vehicle repairs from start to finish
  • Ability to handle admin/invoicing
  • Liaise with accounts team with updates and queries
  • Providing professional advice and excellent customer service
  • Checking vehicles for damage, scratches and any work which needs to be done to the vehicle
  • Drivers license checks
  • Ensuring all documentation and administration are completed efficiently
Requirements for the Bodyshop Advisor role:
  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor or Bodyshop Advisor within the automotive industry.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Knowledge of motor vehicle repairs and insurance processes
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Full driving license
