- Leading and supervising the workshop to ensure all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard
- Allocating jobs to technicians based on skill sets and workload priorities
- Coaching and developing team members to enhance customer service and technical skills
- Supporting technicians with complex diagnostics and repairs
- Overseeing job card completion, quality control, and accurate invoicing information
- Promoting a culture of continuous improvement and first-time fix rates
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and professional workshop environment
- Acting as a key liaison between the front-of-house team and workshop operations
- Proven experience in a workshop supervisory role or as a senior technician
- Strong technical knowledge with the ability to coach others
- Technician and MOT experience is desirable but not essential
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills
- Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to quality service
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle multiple tasks effectively
- A proactive approach and a team-focused mindset
