- Conduct detailed inspections, servicing, and repairs on trailers to ensure safety and compliance
- Diagnose faults and undertake repairs efficiently using industry-standard diagnostics systems such as HALDEX, WABCO, and KNORR BREMSE
- Complete all compliance documentation accurately and promptly
- Participate in ongoing training, including IRTEC and specialist diagnostics for tail lifts, axles, and brakes
- Maintain high standards of health and safety at all times
- Provide exceptional customer service and adhere to company values
- Assist in maintaining the safety and operational readiness of trailers and associated equipment
- Perform additional duties as directed by management to support operational needs
- Industry experience in heavy vehicle or trailer repair
- Relevant qualifications such as City & Guilds or NVQs Level 3
- Valid HGV Class 1 driving licence
- IRTEC certification or equivalent
- Experience with EBS diagnostics systems including Knorr Bremse, Haldex, and WABCO
- Welding skills and certifications
- Knowledge of axle manufacturers like BPW, SAF, or JOST
- Tail lift and lifting deck maintenance experience
- Experience with double-deck trailers is desirable
