Are you an experienced Garage Manager seeking a new leadership role within a reputable family-run automotive business? Our client, a well-established car dealership group in Crawley, West Sussex, is currently looking for a skilled Garage Manager to oversee daily operations at their busy service centre. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven professional to manage a talented team and contribute to the continued success of a respected aftersales business.

Benefits of this Garage Manager role include:
  • Competitive basic salary up to £40,000 per annum
  • Lucrative bonus structure, with OTE reaching £45,000
  • Standard working hours from 8.30am to 6pm Monday to Friday
  • Every other Saturday morning shift

  • Acting as a key holder and responsible for the day to day running and security of the business
  • Supporting the assistant service manager in daily operations
  • Responsible for achieving profitability targets and workflow organisation
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards
Candidate Profile for the Garage Manager role:
