Vehicle Damage Assessor Needed in Manchester
  • Location: Manchester
  • Working Hours: Flexible start and finish times between 06:00 – 17:00
  • Salary: Basic salary up to £45,000 plus monthly bonus
Our client, one of the UK’s largest and most respected Accident Repair groups, is seeking an experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor / Estimator to join their busy team. Key Responsibilities for a Vehicle Damage Assessor: 
  • Carry out detailed inspections of damaged vehicles
  • Accurately assess the extent of damage, repair costs, and timescales
  • Identify and document correct repair methods, using Audatex where required
  • Liaise with insurers to obtain repair authorisation at agreed costs
  • Work closely with engineers and technicians to ensure repair methods are clearly understood
  • Maintain high technical and quality standards while delivering excellent customer service
What We’re Looking For in a Vehicle Damage Assessor: 
  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor / Estimator within a Bodyshop environment
  • ATA / IMI accreditation preferred
  • Audatex experience highly desirable
  • Strong technical knowledge with excellent attention to detail
  • Full UK driving licence required
