We are in search of a Estimator / VDA to join our Client’s Independent Bodyshop in the Basingstoke area.

Our Client is a well-established Independent Bodyshop looking for an experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor to join their team of highly skilled professionals! Working with a great reputation with excellent in-house opportunities to allow you to progress your career to the next level!
 
Our client is offering the successful Estimator / VDA:
  • Basic Salary Up To £45,000 + Bonus
  • Monday To Friday Working Hours 8am - 5pm / Saturday Morning 1 In 4 / 5
  • Brand New Site Opening
  • Independent Bodyshop Environment
  • ATA Current / Expired Required - Audatex Essential
  • Independent Bodyshop With Close-Knit Family Friendly Working Environment
Duties of a Estimator / VDA:
  • Replacing or repairing damaged areas to a high standard.
  • Planning work and ordering parts to ensure vehicles are ready when promised.
  • Maintaining thorough and up-to-date product knowledge.
  • Maintaining exceptionally high customer service levels that lead to customer loyalty and referrals.
  • Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of your work.
What our Client expects of their Estimator / VDA?

  • Multi-Tasking
  • ATA would be advantageous but not essential.
