Our client, a reputable and well-established automotive workshop in Winchester, Hampshire, is currently looking to recruit an experienced MOT Tester & Technician to join their busy, professional team.

They are seeking a dedicated MOT Tester & Technician who takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a motivated team. Our client is offering the successful MOT Tester & Technician:
  • Salary Offered – Up to £40,000 depending on experience
  • OTE with bonus – potential earnings of £50,000 or higher
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:30, no weekends!

Duties of an MOT Tester & Technician with our client include:
  • Conducting MOT tests to the required standards with a valid MOT licence
  • Performing vehicle servicing, repairs, and diagnostics
  • Carrying out brake, clutch, and timing belt replacements
  • Fault diagnosis using modern diagnostic tools and software
  • Ensuring workshop standards and health & safety compliance are maintained
What our client expects from their MOT Tester & Technician:
  • Valid MOT tester’s licence – recent testing experience preferred or DVSA update
  • Full UK driving licence
  • A proactive approach and positive attitude towards work
  • Motivated to develop technical skills and career advancement
  • A commitment to maintaining workshop standards and customer satisfaction
  • NVQ Level 2 qualification or equivalent preferred
  • Motivated team player with good communication skills
