Vehicle Technician/ MOT Tester Required in Darlington - Local Independent & Family Run Dealer
  • Basic Salary - £32,000 
  • OTE - £40,000 
  • 40 HOURS PER WEEK - 8:30 - 5 Monday to Friday
  • NO WEEKEND WORK

My client in Darlington, a locally renowned independent dealer, is looking for a Vehicle Technician/ MOT tester  If you have a valid MOT licence and are capable of mechanical jobs up to Level 3 or equivalent, this could be your next role.

The Successful Vehicle Technician/ MOT Tester will - 
  • Perform MOT test to DVSA Standards
  • Repair and service vehicles.
  • Inspect for wear and tears/general faults.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Perform all other aspects of vehicle maintenance and repair as required, utilising the latest technology.
The MOT Tester/ Service Technician will have - 
  • A valid MOT Licence 
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent skill level - applications are encouraged from all levels of technician 
  • The ability to complete jobs to high standards
  • The ability to work independently or as part of a team 
  • A Full UK Driving Licence
The Successful MOT Tester/ Service Technician will receive - 
  • Up to c.£32,000 basic salary
  • OTE up to c.£40,000
  • 8:30 - 5:30 Monday to Friday 
  • NO WEEKENDS
