Are you an experienced Vehicle Technician looking for your next career move? We are currently seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join a reputable independent garage in Ilford, Essex.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a professional environment that values quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

  • Competitive basic salary of circa £35,000 but fully open to negotiation depending on experience and skill set.
  • Full-time, Monday to Friday working hours from 8.30am to 6.00pm
  • Alternate Saturdays from 9.00am to 4.00pm

Key duties of the Vehicle Technician position include:
  • Servicing and repairing a variety of vehicles to manufacturer standards
  • Conducting diagnostics to identify faults efficiently
  • Ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards
  • Accurately recording work completed and parts used
  • Maintaining workshop tools and equipment in excellent condition
Candidate requirements for the Vehicle Technician role:
  • Fully qualified NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
  • Proven experience working as a Vehicle Technician
  • Own tools suitable for a busy workshop environment
  • Full clean driving licence
  • Strong diagnostic skills and attention to detail
