- Working hours: 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday

- Conduct MOT inspections in accordance with DVSA guidelines and legal requirements
- Assist and support other technicians within the workshop to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor vehicle safety and roadworthiness, including suspension, lights, emissions, and safety systems.
- Accurately report vehicle defects, mileage, and emission issues
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the workshop
- Communicate effectively with service reception regarding vehicle status and repairs needed
- At least 3 years experience as an MOT Tester in a busy workshop or dealership setting.
- Qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in automotive repair
- Strong understanding of DVSA regulations and vehicle safety standards
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Helpful attitude with good communication skills and a proactive approach to assisting colleagues
