Duties of the Parts Advisor in Guildford include:
  • Handling parts orders from initial request through to dispatch, interpreting customer requirements and advising on additional needs or pricing
  • Picking, packing, and dispatching orders accurately and efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining stock control systems by recording movements correctly and storing parts securely in line with manufacturer guidelines
  • Supporting sales growth by identifying cross-selling opportunities and assisting with promotional activities
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients
  • Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe workspace with high standards for displays and work areas
Candidate requirements for the Parts Advisor role in Guildford:
  • Previous motor trade experience, preferably in parts sales or automotive aftersales
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills
  • Motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Comfortable using IT systems; training on in-house systems will be provided
