Night Shift Vehicle Technician Needed in Stockport

  • Location: Stockport
  • Working Hours: Monday – Thursday, 5:30pm – 4:30am (42 hours per week)
  • Salary: up to £34,000 basic + bonus up to £5,880 + shift allowance
  • Earn up to £43,000+ with bonus and allowances
Our client, a well-established franchised dealership group, is seeking an experienced Night Shift Vehicle Technician to join their modern workshop team in Stockport.

Key Responsibilities for a Night Shift Vehicle Technician:
  • Carrying out vehicle health checks using the latest diagnostic equipment
  • Completing vehicle servicing in line with manufacturer guidelines
  • Undertaking mechanical and electrical repairs once authorised
  • Completing warranty repairs to manufacturer standards with accurate documentation
  • Road testing vehicles to ensure all faults have been fully rectified
  • Completing all job cards and paperwork to a high professional standard
What We’re Looking For in a Night Shift Vehicle Technician:
  • Qualified Vehicle Technician or experienced Mechanic
  • Previous experience within a dealership or independent garage
  • IMI / ATA accreditation (desirable but not essential)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Full UK driving licence
