benefits of working as a Panel & MET Technician:
- Competitive basic salary up to £50,000 depending on experience
- OTE potential reaching £57,000 annually
- Monday to Friday working hours from 08:00 to 17:30

- Perform removal and replacement of mechanical, electrical and trim components on vehicles
- Accurately diagnose faults and carry out necessary repairs
- Ensure all repairs conform to manufacturer standards and quality expectations
- Safeguard customer vehicles and contents during work
- Interpret technical data and use alignment equipment accurately
- Keep the work environment clean, safe and hazard-free
- Report on additional faults or damages found during repairs
- Complete all documentation accurately, ensuring minimal wastage and correct part orders
- Maintain tools and equipment to high standards
- Support team members and assist with workshop activities as required
- Previous time-served MET or panel repair experience
- NVQ Level 3 or senior ATA accreditation desirable
- Full UK driving licence
- Own tools and equipment
- Ability to work efficiently within a busy workshop environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
