  • Salary: £31,200 + £41,200 Realistic On Target Earnings 
  • Hours: 45 Hours Monday - Friday only! 
We are currently working with a well established Motor Trade Car Dealership who have been operating in their local area for 40 fun years and counting! They are seeking an Experienced Service Advisor to join and support the work of their Dealership Aftersales Team. This is a crucial role to the success of the business, as such the rewards and benefits they offer set them apart from other Car Dealerships in their local area.

This is an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Service Advisor to join a company that is committed to ensuring their staff enjoy their working day. They reward highly and put their employees at the forefront of all they do.

Within this Service Advisor role your typical duties will include: 
  • Interpreting customer concerns and comments and liaising with Car Technicians
  • Liaison with customers about any additional work required
  • Greeting customers and scheduling services
  • Estimating time and costs associated with repairs
  • Handling customer complaints
  • Responding to customer requests
  • Warrant administration and reporting
  • Tracking the vehicle through the workshop
The Successful Service Advisor will be greeting customers in to the Automotive Service Department, liaising with the Vehicle Technicians in the Workshop to chase work in progress, keeping customers informed, and gaining authorisation for any additional work to be carried out whilst keeping your customers informed throughout the complete repair process. 

This role has a fantastic bonus incentive attached to it, so if you are great on customer service and upsell, you can earn fantastic money!
