- Competitive basic salary of up to £35,000 per annum
- Secure on-site staff parking
- 22 days holiday plus all bank holidays
- Monday to Friday working pattern with no late evenings (8.30am - 5.30pm)
- Saturday work from home covering calls (1 in 6 Saturdays, 8.30am - 12.30pm)
- Greeting customers and providing excellent customer service
- Managing workshop job flow and communicating effectively with technicians
- Quoting costs and advising customers on vehicle repairs and services
- Ensuring all service and repair work is documented accurately
- Upselling appropriate services and products to maximise revenue
- Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the service process
- Previous experience in a Service Advisor role within the automotive industry
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Customer-focused and professional approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes is advantageous
