SMART Repair Technician – Worcester
  • Salary: Up to £42,000 OTE
  • Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 – 17:00 (early finish on Fridays)
  • Contract: Full-time, Permanent
A well-established franchised dealership in Worcester is recruiting for a SMART / Cosmetic Repair Technician to join their busy and professional Service team. Working within a modern, state-of-the-art bodyshop, you will be responsible for carrying out high-quality cosmetic vehicle repairs in line with manufacturer standards.

This role is ideal for someone with an accident repair or cosmetic repair background who is looking to further develop their skills within a premium franchised environment. The business prides itself on delivering exceptional quality and customer service, offering a stable and supportive working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out a wide range of cosmetic repairs including stripping, refurbishing, and refitting vehicle components
  • Act as a multi-skilled SMART Repair Technician, completing all aspects of cosmetic repair as required
  • Repair vehicles in line with manufacturer repair methods and specifications
  • Work effectively as part of a team of skilled Bodyshop Technicians
  • Ensure full use of PPE and adherence to all health and safety requirements
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail at all times
Requirements
  • Previous experience in cosmetic repair, SMART repair, or accident repair is essential
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality work
  • Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
  • Understanding of manufacturer repair standards and processes
  • Commitment to health and safety procedures
