Our Client, a premium independent Bodyshop are looking for a Bodyshop Site Manager to join their busy Bodyshop and Mechanical workshop due to expansion. They specialise in individual customer body repairs. 

Our Client is offering the successful Bodyshop Site Manager:
  • Up To £45,000 Salary / £51,000 OTE
  • 45 Hour Week, Monday To Friday, 8am - 6pm / 1-In-3 Saturday Mornings
  • Premium Independent Bodyshop & Mechanical Workshop
  • Looking After 15+ Staff Within A Bodyshop & Mechanical Workshop
  • Day To Day Running Of The Business & Managing Front of House
Duties of a Bodyshop Site Manager:
  • Front of house work, overlooking the Bodyshop
  • Ensuring your team of Productives are producing quality repairs throughout the workshop
  • Able to identify the cause of issues and blockages, which interrupt the flow of work
  • Completion of performance reviews and development
What our Client expects of their Bodyshop Site Manager:
  • Experience in Management within Bodyshop Environment
  • Strong Team Leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work to group and site key performance measures
  • Embed a team working culture
