- Conduct high-level diagnostics on a variety of vehicle makes and models
- Identify faults accurately using state-of-the-art diagnostic tools
- Perform repairs related to engine management systems, glow plugs, and emission-related issues
- Develop effective solutions and communicate findings to clients
- Prioritise diagnostic jobs to ensure speed and efficiency
- Maintain a clean and safe workshop environment
- Complete all work within the workshop standards and processes
- Proven experience as a Diagnostic Vehicle Technician or Master Technician
- Strong diagnostic skills and a logical approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills to explain vehicle faults clearly to customers
- Up-to-date knowledge of all makes and models, especially non-BMW and Audi brands
- Full driving licence
- Willingness to take on varied workshop tasks and adapt to busy periods
