We are currently recruiting for a dedicated New Car Sales Executive on behalf of our client based in Chingford, London. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to join a reputable dealership and excel in a dynamic sales environment.

- Competitive basic salary of £20,000 with attractive commission scheme
- OTE ranging between £45,000 and £50,000
- Work on a flexible day off during the week, with no Sunday working
- Opportunity to sell new cars, add-on products, and finance packages (experience with finance sales is a plus but not essential)
- Access to the CBS Car Scheme – a company car for 6 months with monthly payments deducted from salary
- Achieve sales targets for new and used vehicles
- Sell additional products including accessories, warranties, and finance options
- Manage customer relationships to ensure a smooth sales process
- Maintain knowledge of current stock and promotions
- Assist with vehicle handovers and aftersales support
- Proven experience in new car sales, ideally at least 1 year
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work on a commission-based structure efficiently
- Familiarity with finance products and vehicle features (preferred but not essential)
- Motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused with a professional attitude
