Service Advisor Required in Croydon - Franchised Car Dealer 
  • Pay: £32k Basic + £8k OTE 
  • Hours: 8am - 6pm Monday - Friday only 
Are you an experienced Service Advisor looking for your next opportunity within a leading franchised car dealership in Croydon? Our client is actively recruiting for a dedicated Service Advisor to join their professional team.

Benefits of this Service Advisor role include:
  • Competitive basic salary of £32,000 per annum
  • Potential to earn an OTE of up to £40,000 per year
  • Uncapped upselling bonus worth up to £8,000 annually
  • CSI bonus of £400 per quarter
  • 28 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays
  • Additional overtime paid at x1.50
As a Service Advisor, your day-to-day duties will include:
  • Providing exceptional customer service and engaging with customers professionally
  • Managing service bookings and repairs efficiently
  • Upselling relevant products and services to maximise workshop profitability
  • Accurately updating e-job cards using CDK, Kerridge, or 1 Link systems
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and strive to meet dealership targets
  • Maintaining excellent communication with workshop and parts departments
  • Managing a high-volume customer throughput of approximately 25 to 30 customers per day
The ideal candidate for this Service Advisor role will have:
  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor or Senior Service Advisor
  • Proven ability to upsell and exceed targets
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Competence in using dealership software such as CDK, Kerridge, or 1 Link
  • Punctuality and a professional attitude
  • A client-focused approach with the ability to engage effectively with customers
