Vehicle Technician – Worcester Main Dealer
  • Salary:Up to £45,000 basic, with OTE up to £48,000 + benefits
  • Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 – 17:00, plus Saturdays on a rota basis
  • Contract: Full-time, Permanent
A busy main dealer in Worcester is looking for a skilled and experienced Vehicle Technician to join their workshop team. This hands-on role involves servicing, diagnostics, and repairs on a variety of vehicles, ensuring all work is completed to manufacturer standards.

You’ll be part of a supportive and professional team, with access to ongoing manufacturer training and opportunities for career progression within the dealership group.

Key Responsibilities as a Vehicle Technician:
  • Carry out vehicle servicing, repairs, and diagnostics in line with manufacturer standards
  • Perform MOT preparation and maintenance work as required
  • Use diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately identify and resolve vehicle faults
  • Maintain workshop standards and follow health and safety regulations
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver excellent customer service and maintain high productivity
  • Complete accurate documentation of work carried out
Requirements for this Vehicle Technician role:
  • Level 3 NVQ (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or time-served experience
  • Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician in a main dealer environment
  • Proficient with diagnostic equipment and vehicle fault finding
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
  • Full UK Driving Licence
