ECU Remapping Technician / Dyno Operator – Stratford-upon-Avon Area
  • Salary: £24,000 – £30,000 depending on experience
  • Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:00 + alternate Saturday mornings
  • Contract: Full-time, Permanent
A well-established automotive performance specialist is looking to recruit an ECU Remapping Technician / Dyno Operator to join their busy workshop. This role would suit a semi-skilled or developing technician with a strong interest in performance vehicles, ECU remapping, and exhaust fitting.

This position is ideal for someone from a fast-fit or quick-service background who is keen to upskill and progress within the performance and tuning sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out ECU remapping and dyno operations (training provided where required)
  • Assist with exhaust fitting and basic fabrication (welding experience beneficial)
  • Support servicing and light mechanical work
  • Operate diagnostic and tuning software accurately
  • Work closely with senior technicians and engineers
  • Maintain workshop standards and health & safety compliance
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a semi-skilled or junior technician
  • Exhaust fitting experience is highly desirable
  • Welding skills advantageous but not essential
  • PC literate and comfortable using diagnostic / workshop software
  • Genuine interest in vehicle performance and tuning
  • Full UK Driving Licence
