We are pleased to assist Our Client in recruiting a highly skilled Service Advisor  to join their reputable automotive service team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor to further their career within a respected dealership environment. Duties as the new Service Advisor:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for commercial vehicle service customers, ensuring their needs are understood and met efficiently.
  • Manage the booking-in process, ensuring accurate recording of customer details and vehicle information.
  • Provide accurate quotations for repairs, maintenance, and warranty work.
  • Liaise with workshop technicians to communicate job requirements and timelines.
  • Upsell services and products where appropriate, maximising revenue opportunities.
  • Manage workshop flow to maximise productivity and ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Ensure all customer interactions adhere to company policies and quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and vehicle histories.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Requirements for this Service Advisor role:
  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor, preferably within a commercial vehicle environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of automotive repairs, diagnostics, and service procedures.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • IT literacy, including familiarity with dealership management systems.
