  • Location: Northampton
  • Basic Salary: Up to £22 an hour 
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

We’re recruiting for an experienced Panel Technician to join a busy, well-established bodyshop specialising in prestige and manufacturer-approved repairs.

The workshop is a modern, well-invested facility, equipped with state-of-the-art repair equipment and technology. The business places a strong focus on staff development, offering ongoing training and manufacturer support to ensure technicians stay up to date with the latest repair methods and standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Panel beating and repair work on a range of vehicles, primarily BMW, VAG and Porsche
  • High-quality repairs to manufacturer standards
  • Working on bodywork jobs sent directly from main dealer partners
Hours & Pay:
  • Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm (40 hours per week)
  • Overtime available, some technicians start at 5:00am to achieve up to 3 hours overtime per day
  • Occasional Saturday overtime available
Requirements:
  • Level 3 qualifid Panel Technician 
  • Manufacturer experience strongly preferred
  • Accreditations with BMW / VAG / Porsche highly desirable, but not essential
  • ATA not required
