- Preparing vehicles to the highest standards for repairs
- Ensuring all priming, masking, and sanding are completed accurately
- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
- Assisting the team with other prep-related tasks as required
- Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times
Ideal candidate for the Bodyshop Prepper role:
- Proven experience as a Bodyshop Prepper or similar role within a collision repair environment
- Reliable and with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of health and safety procedures applicable to a bodyshop
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude
