- Basic Salary: £30,000 + Bonuses

- Working Hours: 42.5 Hour Contract, 5 Days a Week
- Mon-Fri 10am-7pm • Sat 10am-6pm • Sun 10am-4pm

Key Responsibilities as a Car Sales Controller:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to deliver strong results and exceed targets.
- Assist with deals, finance, value-added products, and closing support.
- Ensure compliance across all financial documentation and regulatory processes.
- Step in to support site management when required.
- Monitor individual and team performance, identifying areas to drive revenue growth.
- Foster a positive, high-energy team culture focused on success.
- Proven background in used car sales, ideally within a high-volume or supermarket-style environment.
- Previous experience managing or leading a sales team.
- A hands-on leader who leads by example and thrives in a busy sales environment.
- Well-organised, motivated, and target-driven.
- Approachable and professional with customers, with strong communication skills.
- FCA accreditation or willingness to undertake training.
- £30,000 basic salary with a realistic OTE of £60,000
