MOT Technician required for a Fast Fit Centre in Billingham

We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable MOT Technician to join our client’s well-established garage in Billingham.

Salary & Benefits of an MOT Technician 
  • Basic salary up to £33,000
  • 45 hour week across Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
  • Saturdays on a rota, 8:30am – 4:00pm

The successful MOT Technician will - 

This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified MOT Technician to join a reputable business with multiple locations nationwide. You’ll be working as part of a dedicated and professional team with the full support of a stable and customer-focused employer.

Key Responsibilities of an MOT Technician:
  • Carrying out MOT tests in line with DVSA requirements
  • Performing repairs and maintenance on a wide variety of vehicles
  • Accurately completing all relevant paperwork and test documentation
  • Delivering high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction
Candidate Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent)
  • Valid MOT Testing Licence
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
  • Strong team player with a customer-first mindset
