- Preparation of vehicles, including masking, sanding, and priming to ensure optimal painting conditions
- Operating spray equipment safely and efficiently in line with health and safety regulations
- Collaborating with colleagues to meet deadlines and maintain high workmanship standards
- Supporting vehicle inspection and quality control processes post-spray
- Maintaining and cleaning spray equipment and work area effectively
- Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer within vehicle bodyshops or collision repair centres
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship
- Competence with spray guns, masking, and surface preparation
- Good knowledge of health and safety regulations related to spray painting
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and to deadlines
- NVQ Level 3 in Automotive Refinishing or equivalent qualification is preferred
- Proactive attitude with excellent communication skills
